Skandilicious Soft Gingerbread Cake
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Baking Time: 45 minutes
1 1/3 cup (3 dl) sugar
1 1/3 cup (3 dl) flour
1 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup (1 ½ dl) sour cream or crème fraiche
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1.5 tsp cardamom
Turn on the oven to 175 degrees.
Whisk together the eggs with the sugar and then pour in the flour, baking powder and cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. Mix well. Stir in the sour cream or crème fraiche. Pour into a generously buttered cake tin. Bake for 45 minutes.
