Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item bought on this website for a full refund. This doesn't apply to:
• items personalised or made to your specification
• perishable goods (food and flowers, for example)
• periodicals and magazines
To cancel, email us or write to us (see contact us for details) between placing your order and within seven working days*** commencing the day after delivery of your item(s). Quote your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s). Contact us to arrange FREE collection.
You can cancel an order for services in the same way, between placing your order and within seven working days*** of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner. You can't cancel accommodation, transport or leisure services that occur on a specific date.
The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to Financial and Insurance Services.
