• Store Managers 
  Our Store Managers have an eye for detail and provide their teams with inspirational leadership and commercial acumen.  They are exceptional retailers who understand the importance of developing their business by developing their people.
• Reporting directly to a Regional Manager and working within brand parameters they have the freedom to run their business and make a difference.  With responsibility comes accountability including Leadership and Development of the team, Performance Management and P&L.
• Sales Managers 
  Our Sales Managers have a passion for turning opportunities into sales.  By leading and developing a team of sales advisors they are responsible for ensuring the store achieves maximum commerciality. 
• Reporting to and deputising for the Store Manager it is the responsibility of the Sales Manager to ensure our high standards are maintained not only in the physical appearance of the store but in our sales advisors especially their commercialism, product knowledge and customer care.
   
  Operation Managers
  The Operations Manager and their team look after all ‘back office’ functions in store including Admin, Time & Attendance, Stock Room, Deliveries, Replenishment etc so strong man-management and organisational skills are essential. 
• Reporting to and on occasions deputising for the Store Manager this is a good development role for those wishing to progress to Sales Manager or Store Manager. 
• Sales Advisors 
  
• Our Sales Advisors come from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences but are all united in their desire to give our customers the best possible service, sell our products with fabulous product knowledge and keep our stores in the best possible shape. 
• Looking after customers in a fast paced retail environment can be very demanding but also very rewarding. Our advisors enjoy the contrast between using their own initiative, taking responsibility whilst being a fully flexible member of an energetic and dedicated sales team.  Because the demands of our customers are high we ensure that all our advisors have up to the minute product knowledge.
