Refunds & exchanges

We¹re always happy to offer either refunds or exchanges on anything you¹ve bought from us. Just as long as you bring it back within 28 days, in perfect condition, in it¹s original packaging and with your receipt. As you¹d expect, though, this offer excludes food, cosmetic items and Gift Cards / Gift vouchers, which are non-refundable. We¹re also unable to refund damaged or imperfect goods if those imperfections were identified to you prior to purchase. Please see in store for full details of our terms and conditions.
