Well, think of it as a gift voucher, only much more flexible and much, much more stylish. Gift cards are available in store only. All you have to do is decide how much to put on the card (anywhere from £1 up to a generous £2000), select your design and you're done. Best of all - and here's the clever bit - Gift Cards can be subsequently added to and re-used again and again. Paying is equally easy. You can use cash, debit card or credit card.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The Habitat Gift Card (“the card”) is an electronic money card you can store value which you or another person can spend with us on later date. It is not banking or store account and you will not receive an interest or other earnings of other balance on your card.

2. Any amount can be added to the Card from the minimum of £1 up to maximum balance of £2000. This can be done at any Habitat till point and you will receive a receipt to show the amount added to the card and expiry date.

3. You can top up your balance at any store till point in order to increase the value of your card. This can be used as often as you wish.

4. The card can be used to purchase our fantastic range of products at any Habitat store in Great Britain. The card cannot be used in any cafes or concessions in any of the Habitat stores.

5. The card can be used to pay for all or part of your chosen product. We cannot give any cash change and cannot exchange your card balance for cash. The balance will remain on the card.

6. Every time you use a card we will update your balance on secure database. To check your balance or expiry date you can take your Habitat card to any Habitat till point or call your local store.

7. The balance of your card has to be used within 2 years from the date of last financial transaction*. No refunds will be issued for unexpired funds once the card has expired.

8. Because we do not collect personal information about customers via Card and the card is not registered in any person’s name we cannot replace or reimburse the value of your card if the card is lost, stolen or damaged. Please look after the card and treat is just as cash.

9. To protect your environment resources, please reuse your card by topping it up for your own use or by passing a card to your friend.

10. This terms and conditions are subject of variation from time to time.

11. Any products purchased in the store via card & then returned, will have the current value of the product at time of return refunded back to Gift Card unless supported with a receipt whereby the full receipt price will be refunded onto Gift Card.

12. You can also purchase paper gift vouchers via our website through a third party; however you will not be able to top up existing cards online.

*If no financial transaction has taken place, the 2 years are valid from the date the gift card was originally activated.
