Refunds & Exchanges
We hope that you are satisfied with the products you have received. However, if you wish to return any of the items you have received you may do so. Please note that we deliver our furniture items & oversized products through a different delivery service than our standard delivery products. This means that the returns process will differ for these two types of products.
As you'd expect, for reasons of hygiene, our food or cosmetic items are non-refundable. In addition, Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers are also non-refundable.
Furniture & Oversized Items.
We're always happy to offer refunds on anything you've bought from us online, just as long as you confirm your intention to return your items within 7 days of delivery, in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. Please note that 'made to order' items, where the goods have been produced at your request have a cancellation charge that will be applied to any refund offered; please see the Terms and Conditions of Online Sale page for further details. We are also unable to refund damaged goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Standard Delivery Items
We want to offer the best service possible online and offer free returns to all our customers who have purchased our standard delivery items through our website. We only ask that you ensure any returned products reach us within 28 days of being received. We also ask that they are returned to us unused and in the original undamaged packaging. In the event that a returned item is not fully re-saleable, we will consider the overall condition of the item and its packaging before making a refund to you. Delivery charges are not included in any refunds we make to you.
To ensure items reach us within the 28 days, we advise that you confirm your intention to return your items or pop them back in the post to us within 21 days of receipt.

We cannot currently accept returns through any of our stores.
*Free returns are not offered on Sale items
If you require a replacement that is like for like, please follow the returns procedure on your delivery note and tick the replacement item box. However, we cannot replace any standard delivery items that differ from the original item ordered.
