A BOX OF MEMORIES

Kate’s house is packed full of treasures, but a Chinoiserie box holding mother-of-pearl buttons – handed down from her grandmother – is the most cherished.

Converted loft space has a sofa to relax on and a desk on the other side of the room for working.

THE INDUSTRIAL TOUCH

Details like Habitat’s metal Orrico table and a neon ‘Pink’ sign over the stairs that “makes you think you’re going up to some seedy Soho bar, which I quite like.”

GATHER ROUND THE TABLE

The kitchen is where the family gathers for “one glass of wine too many” during weekly Friday night dinners.

A wooden dining table and white chairs look out on to the garden.
Fun 'Speed of light' and 'X-ray vision' containers.
It's all in the detail, colour-coordinated pastel pink trim on the door and carpet.
