New & Now
Storage has to be functional but this season it’s too good looking to fade into the background. Shelving has been staggered, stepped and slanted to create an eclectic variety of sculptural, functional and colourful pieces.
Designed in-house by Matt Long, Colton’s classic wooden frame with simple glass doors looks all serious on the outside but within, the shelves play around with alignment to frame the treasures within, from vases and glasses to dinnerware. Choose from a plain neutral or, for the colour confident, a vivid, contemporary green interior. Teamed with the Daborn armchair, an archive design given a whole new look for SS16, you can step boldly into the new season.
The statement Malo, designed by Laure Grezard, sees shelving take on angular ideas and geometric shapes. The slim profiles and sharp angles are perfectly balanced to make a feature of the way you store your books. Conventionally rectangular shelves could house picture frames and decorative objects up high and coffee table books down low. Its playful design would work well in a study or family room. Choose from oak or walnut veneer.
The new Pedley in bright red is a modular storage collection available in 3 configurations. Designed by Matt Long and inspired by the compartments of a sorting office, the varying dimensions of each ‘cubby hole’ can store everything needed to organise your life. Whether you choose to use it as modern day sideboard, study storage or the most chic of playroom storage, it even has covered compartments for those items not pretty enough to have on display!
Finally, we’ve expanded the irregular skyline appearance of Miles so you can arrange it to fit your space. The most versatile storage: it can used as a room divider as it’s accessible from both sides, a wall of shelves or arranged as individual statement pieces, including an AV unit. Stand out with stunning vivid green or integrate it into your existing scheme with a calmer white/oak colourway.
