Anna lives in Hackney with her husband Thom and Kerry Blue Terrier Ted. When she’s not cooking up a storm in the kitchen, she’s attending shoots, writing for the Evening Standard or hosting and catering events.
“We recently renovated our converted school space in Hackney. Hackney was the first place I moved to when I got my internship at MTV at 18 years old and I’ve never managed to move out of the area since. I count myself lucky to live here; there are plenty of green, open spaces and we now have an abundance of farmers markets, great grocery stores and independent shops. We’re still finishing bits off (we’ve been let down by terrible builders) but we’re almost there!”

“When it comes to my interiors style, I’m always so torn between aesthetics and feel inspired by lots of influences ranging from eclectic through to minimalist looks. I can never quite make my mind up so it’s been tricky finding a middle ground when renovating. I’m currently loving natural stones such as marble. So pricey but so gorgeous. “Habitat was always the place for interior inspo growing up. It was a brand that always had very on-trend interiors pieces that felt and looked special. I love all the kitchenware especially the Taite white crockery range. The large serving platters are great too - they come in plain white and are perfect for styling recipes. I love our kitchen, it’s the biggest triumph of our renovations. To relax at home, I enjoy cooking, as crazy as that sounds. I love trying out new ideas I’ve discovered whilst travelling or eating out.”
