Latest update
Following guidelines, we’ve made some changes across our Habitat and Argos stores in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Please read below for the latest updates for stores in your area, returning items and our Click & Collect service.
We’re working hard to ensure we’re offering the best service possible during this time, and we thank you for helping to keep our customers and colleagues safe.
Store and services update...

Visiting us in-store
Whether you’re visiting a Habitat store or collecting an order from Argos, to keep your visit as safe and short as possible, here’s what you’ll need to do:
- Pay for your order online
- Choose home delivery where you can
- Or collect whilst picking up essential shopping
- Follow social distancing guidelines
- Remember your face mask
- Use hand sanitiser as you enter.
We're also limiting the number of customers in our stores, so you may need to queue before entering.

Paying in-store
Following guidelines, our Finchley Road Habitat store, along with our showroom stores in Leeds, Brighton and Westfields, are currently closed. We’ll update this page as soon as we have any further updates.
You can continue to shop online, using our new Click & Collect option or home delivery service. For more information, read our delivery and collection guide.

Click & Collect from Argos stores
You can now collect your Habitat order from any Argos store, Argos store within a Sainsbury’s supermarket or a Sainsbury’s collection point. To make collecting your order as safe as possible, we've made a few changes:
In England - all Argos stores and Argos stores inside Sainsbury's supermarkets are open for the collection of pre-paid online orders only.
In Wales - you can collect pre-paid online orders from Argos stores within Sainsbury's supermarkets or outside an Argos store only.
In Scotland - you can collect pre-paid online orders from any Argos store within Sainsbury's supermarkets. Collections of orders at Argos stores in mainland Scotland, will be given to you outside the door. At our Stornoway store, you can collect orders from inside.
In Northern Ireland - you can only collect orders from Argos stores within Sainsbury's supermarkets.

Returning an item to Argos
Selected Argos stores are still open for essential returns. Here’s what you need to know:
In England – items can only be returned to an Argos store within Sainsbury’s supermarkets, with the exception of the stores listed here.
In Wales – items can only be returned to an Argos store within Sainsbury’s supermarkets whilst picking up essential shopping.
In Scotland – items can only be returned to an Argos store within Sainsbury’s supermarkets, or the Stornoway store, whilst picking up essential shopping.
In Northern Ireland – with the exception of the Forestside store, items can only be returned to an Argos store within Sainsbury’s supermarkets.
Collection points at Sainsbury’s supermarkets are unable to accept any returns, and no stores can accept returns of large items at this time. To arrange a collection, contact our customer services team.

Home delivery updates
Home delivery of small and large items is still available, allowing us to deliver to your room of choice where it’s safe to do so. Our Argos drivers will contact you on the day to discuss delivering your order. If you are self-isolating, please make us aware so we can rearrange your delivery date.
For smaller items available with Argos same day Fast Track delivery, choose from a selection of time slots as you complete your order.
