Make ground coffee max1 scoop restriction clearer!
We have been thinking about buying a bean to cup machine for a while, but put off by the amount of counter space needed. Even though this is one of the smaller machines, it still takes a lot of counter space considering it has only one (albeit important!) function. But we are glad we took the plunge and sacrifice a little counter space for consistently delicious coffee every morning at the touch of a button. Another concern was whether it would be too complicated. The manual is very long and we were very put off at first by all the things we had to do to clean it and set it up. The worst thing was that our very first attempt ended in a blockage because we put more than one scoop of coffee in the ground coffee funnel! We had to hoover the ground coffee out, and the machine still hasn't recovered from this error, so we cannot use ground coffee in the machine, though luckily we can still use beans, which is the main objective. All in all we are pleased with our purchase, but I would recommend a warning sign on the ground coffee funnel saying "Max 1 scoop" to avoid others making that error.

Don’t bother
No instructions in English. Tried downloading not very clear. Now sat watching You tube to try and get it working. It will be going back in next half an hour if we can’t get to work. Also pouring out water.

Best coffee machine
Best coffee machine I’ve ever owned and it makes better coffee than the famous high street coffee shops. If you are a coffee connoisseur, this machine is for you. The instructions the machine come with are not detailed enough, but there are plenty of YouTube videos around to run through setting it up. I don’t regret spending that bit more on this machine, very easy to use and maintain and the kitchen smells just lovely when the beans are being ground.
