Arrived vacuum packed,once unpacked I left it 9 hours to get its shape,perfect and it’s very comfortable with a nice washable cover on it

Worth the wait
It took just over a week to get use to it now its so comfortable. The only downside is it hot on my legs . I'm disabled and it helps with my aches and pains and I sleep longer.
