With its extra long guard rails, your little one will sleep safely and securely, while still having that new "big" feeling of independence. Close to the floor they can climb into bed themselves. And then, when they're ready to go without the sides completely, you can remove the rails easily. Simply unscrew them. Made from solid wood with a soft grey painted finish, the Ellis toddler bed is sturdy and easy to build.
The underbed storage drawer is great for storing extra bedding and toys. On sturdy castors, it tucks away neatly, great for when space is at a premium.

looking good, horrible to assembly , poor quality
I don't really know if I should give 4 or 3 stars. Assembly was very hard, whoever design it has to do it again as it was a nightmare, left blisters on mine and my partners hand and took nearly 2 hours! Holes are not drilled properly or at all (you have to make them). But before you make them you have to glue the parts together and even measure the gaps (idiotic- it shpild be pre-drilled!). When it is done bed looks lovely but drawer keep sliding so you have to adjust it every time to slide it back and close it, and bed overall just keep squeking ( side parts put together with glue only are the worst). I assembly hundreds of furnitures over the years and this was the worst experience ever! For the look and idea of storage -great. For the rest- I wouldn't buy it again.

Great little bed
I bought this recently for my granddaughter whi has just turned 2. It took a while to put together but I managed it myself and it looks very good. It's a shame the drawer is made so that it fits just on one side, however, I have pushed it under the bed on the opposite side and nobody would know. Seems quite robust and the storage is useful.

Great little bed!
Very happy with this bed, built and have used for two weeks now. Easy enough to build but get a tape measure handy as you need one for accurate placement of the bed slats. Go steady with the glue usage (provided) as you’ll run out unless you’re reserved with it. Bed itself is fab, just what we needed and the built-in guard rails have worked a treat (child has not fallen out as yet!)

Great storage bed for toddlers
Storage has a lot of space it, my little on can get in and out of the bed with no difficulty. Very sturdy and very safe to use. Was rather easy to put together.

Good bed, assembly could be easier
Good transition bed for a toddler and love the railings included. The parts were not numbered or labelled which added extra time to the assembly. They also gave us incorrect screws and so we had to buy these separate

Fantastic bed for the transition from cot
This bed is low enough for a toddler to be able to climb into by themselves and climb out of easily without. We all know the shock when your baby manages to climb out the cot by themselves. This. is what you need!!

Toddler bed
It’s good, does the job and I can get in it with my son too (scrunched up obviously). Screw holes make it look a little cheap but it’s very well made, sturdy and worth the price it is how’re a pain to build and does take a while.

On this model, the bed slats sit directly on the fixed side rails, so the underside of the slats aligns with the underside of the bed frame rails.
Therefore, the height from the floor to the bed slats is 19.5 cm.

"The Ellis toddler bed is made from solid Scandinavian pine. The underbed drawer is made from glue board panel made from Scandinavian pine."
They also add this too:
"The lacquer is tested and comply to several safety standards for formaldehyde, phthalates, heavy metals, lead and REACH. Lacquer is approved for baby products / cot beds as we also produce that, where the baby licks and bite in the bed."
