So, now's the time to make the move from cot to big bed? The Ellis toddler bed with under bed storage drawer is an ideal choice. With its extra long guard rails, your little one will sleep safely and securely, while still having that new "big" feeling of independence. Close to the floor they can climb into bed themselves. And then, when they're ready to go without the sides completely, you can remove the rails easily. Simply unscrew them. Made from solid wood with a soft grey painted finish, the Ellis toddler bed is sturdy and easy to build.
The underbed storage drawer is great for storing extra bedding and toys. On sturdy castors, it tucks away neatly, great for when space is at a premium.

Fantastic bed for the transition from cot
This bed is low enough for a toddler to be able to climb into by themselves and climb out of easily without. We all know the shock when your baby manages to climb out the cot by themselves. This. is what you need!!

It’s good, does the job and I can get in it with my son too (scrunched up obviously). Screw holes make it look a little cheap but it’s very well made, sturdy and worth the price it is how’re a pain to build and does take a while.

Excellent product
Was smaller than i imagined in my head (is the same size as a childs cot) but excellent product overall. Our daughter really loves it and settled into it straight away. In fact shes actually been sleeping for longer in it. Assembly was fun with her trying to help. I think in terms of difficultly for your average person its probably an 8/10 so having someone good at DIY around would probably help. I did use a drill with an allen bit to speed it and screw driver bit else it could be time consuming to assemble. Overall for the price and build quality we are extremly happy with it.

Nice looking bed
After putting together looks really nice and big plus for massive storage underneath. Didn't expect it will arrive in small pieces to build. I think they should change that so it wouldn't take so long to build. A bit of a struggle lol

"The Ellis toddler bed is made from solid Scandinavian pine. The underbed drawer is made from glue board panel made from Scandinavian pine."
They also add this too:
"The lacquer is tested and comply to several safety standards for formaldehyde, phthalates, heavy metals, lead and REACH. Lacquer is approved for baby products / cot beds as we also produce that, where the baby licks and bite in the bed."

Sadly, we do not have any images with the drawer fully extended however, the internal drawer dimensions are L:135.0 x D:70.4 x H:10.5cm.
