I was replacing my old cool pillow so I’m very happy with my purchase a was able to collect from Carrickfergus branch.

Retains heat if you have hot head!
Sadly this pillow didn’t live up to expectations. Initially it is quite cool to the touch but it seems to hold the heat from my sweaty menopausal head and neck! I wouldn’t recommend as a cooling pillow.

Bought this expecting too stay cool. I sweated really bad. I purchased the pillow case that was recommended sweated even more.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Silentnight Wellbeing Cool Touch Medium Pillow: The inner pillow can be machine washed at 40 degrees.The outer zipped cover cannot be machine washed and must be sponge cleaned only.
