It's a shiny stainless steel pedal bin.
The first bin had to be returned as it had a massive dent in it, but as per normal there was no problem with sorting out the return and the replacement is just fine.
As mentioned in other reviews this bin is not soft close but once you add a bin liner it shuts with less of a racket. You can of course take your foot off the pedal slowly. Looks good.
