Replacing our antique mixer
As far as hand mixers go, this is a ripper. We were replacing a 40 year old Philips model (made in Holland) which was really starting to struggle with even the simplest tasks. Not surprising really, being a museum piece.. This new Bosch model mixes evenly, without tossing out the contents of your bowl, and is really easy to use. And if you like your appliances made in Europe, this from Slovenia, and will last longer than us I'm sure.

This mixer is so quiet compared with my old mixer. It worked very well. Delighted with results so far

Sleek and quiet
works perfectly well, easy to assemble, quie light and so quiet comparing to my old standard-noise mixer. It has 5 speed levels and turbo function, and eject button, all conviniently placed. Very comfortable and easy to operate. I like the design. Beaters and hooks are dishwasher safe, which is a plus. Beaters length when mounted 16cm. My only worry is that the mounting of beaters and hooks is plastic - will see how long it will last... seems good quality, so hopefully it is durable.

Perfect
So pleased with this, it creams sugar and butter without throwing it out the bowl. Beat 6 eggs for quiche smoothly and so quick. I think that the ball attached to the whisks what makes this mixer so good to used. Whisks eare really well balanced. Well worth the money.

You dont knead royal icing and it shouldnt be warm!
