Great little hand beater
Really chuffed with this. I like the fact that it's small and can be put away in the cupboard. Did a rrally good job on the first cake, and hope it lasts me a long time ( my old one, French make, gave up of me after forty years!!).

You dont knead royal icing and it shouldnt be warm!
