The Silentnight Super Snuggly Duvet will help to keep you warm and cosy throughout the night. The duvet is generously filled with hollowfibre and covered in a soft microfibre which results in a snuggly and comforting duvet that cocoons around you. The 15 tog is ideal for cooler months and will prevent you from becoming cold in bed. Made in the UK, hypoallergenic and fully machine washable at 40C which means you can keep your duvet fresh and clean for longer.

Silentnight 15 Tog Duvet
I bought this duvet recently. Silentnight is usually a good make, I have bought their mattresses and pillows etc previously. I have to say that although comfy, this duvet is no way near a15 tog. This duvet is great for warmer months but is not warm enough for the current cold snap we are in at he moment (January 2026). I am using the duvet on top of another one. It seems, like everything else, quality and size has been reduced in line with 'shrinkflation'

This is because it’s made from materials that help reduce allergens and do not provide an environment for dust mites. While this can lower the chances of dust mites, it does not contain active ingredients to combat them. If you want extra protection against allergens, an anti-allergy duvet is the better choice.

hi there Sujon - in answer to your question the hollow fibre is made by a polyester material so it is in fact both. This is
what makes this material warm, cosy and breathable.
