A Firm Mattress
Firmer than I'd anticipated it would be, also the topper developed an indentation after a couple of days use (I only weigh under 8 stone) so you will need to turn this mattress regularly so not to be sleeping in a dip. Overall not that comfortable

This mattress is by far the comfiest I've ever had. I went for medium soft as I have back and hip problems I had a medium hard before because I needed it to be firm. But this medium soft mattress is very firm but equally soft and comfortable

The supplier has advised the following for the Silentnight Pillowtop Eco Mattress - Double:
"The combined user weight is tested up to 32 stone. The mattress must be used with a suitable base – one which will provide suitable support e.g. with slatted bed frames the slat widths should be 10cm and the gap between them no more than 7 - 5 cm."
