Pure Joy!
I've had severe lower back and hip pain for over a year, and with the new mattress and with time, those pain have eased alot, allowing me to enjoy walking again. Pure joy!

Good but…
This was my first purchase with Dormeo. The mattress is good but needs changing the side every week. Thought it would not be required this often.

Bought to replace another brand new matress
I bought this to replace a brand new Silentnight mattress of a similar price, which neither me nor my wife could sleep on as it was too hard although advertised as quite the opposite. The Octosmart has turned out to be just the right mattress for both of us. I tended to fall out of bed with the old mattress, but this has stopped happening as movement doesn't travel through the Octosmart. I can personally recommend this product for my needs anyway, but if you want to float off to sleep as opposed to falling onto the floor, this is the one for you

Lovely comfortable mattress.
I purchased this mattress to replace the spare. It is so comfortable that it is now on our main bed. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable mattress. Easy to handle
Bought in November. All assembly instructions followed. Aroma still present occasionally. Side 'collapses' when getting into and out of actual bed. Sleeping excellent and fits to body shapes for comfort. Any 'shape' ridges are removed as body turns etc - so satisfaction here so far. Residual foam/material aroma and 'collapsing' sides when getting onto and off the mattress are queries. Will send photos if required. Understand that 'solid' sides would be difficult to provide due to method of delivery. More design work needed to overcome this 'hassle'.

I can confirm we personally offer a 100 night comfort promise which allows you to exchange within 100 days if you are not happy. The warranty on this mattress with us is 1 year.
