Quite firm but great quality
I bought these to use for myself and was enticed by the "hotel" quality suggested. They are quite firm and are indeed like hotel pillows. I found that one pillow was enough for me as two are stacked quite high but they are very comfortable and I would recommend.

Don't last long
This pillow started off good, but it only took a few weeks for the padding to flatten down and leave a firm lump of foam in the middle. A couple more weeks and I will be replacing them.
