Great value and look good
Easy to fit and good quality. Bought various sizes to fit a multitude of different windows. The slight downside is that the cord pull is to far over towards the centre. Previous blinds I have used have the pull at the far right (or left) which makes it easier to secure the blind at the required height. These interfere with the blind slats irrespective of where you position the tie clip. The blinds look good from both inside and outside the house.

Good quality for the price
Easy to install and good quality with nice finishes for the price only downside is some of the header mechanisms are plastic and metal would be better for longevity.

Hello Abi.
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Habitat Elliott 50mm Wooden Tape Venetian Blind - White:
We would not recommend that due to the fact that there is a cord on the right side of wood blind. If you were to combine two 120cm wood blinds together there would be a cord in the middle.
Thank you for using Q & A.
Screw onto back the fittings provided and it sits over the actual top part of blind .thus covering it
Hello Chels.
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Habitat Elliott 50mm Wooden Tape Venetian Blind - White:
This wooden part is called the valance, included you should have two valance clips labelled number 3 and two valance screws labelled number 2 under "Fittings" on page 1 of your manual. You need to screw the valance clips onto back side of the valance with screws provided then this allows you to clip the valance over the top blind.

Hi Ken
Habitat Elliott 50mm Wooden Tape Venetian Blind - White
Having checked I can see they can yes.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hi Emma
It is possible to reduce the width, however any amendments would void the warranty.
I hope this helps
Diane
Yes it will fit but you will need to trim 1cm off each end of all the slats and then also cut 1cm off each end of the metal carrier at the top.
One thing to note after only 2 years of having various sises up around my house is that the pull cords have frayed from lifting them up and down. I now have to leave them down and just tilt the slats which does block out some light in comparison. If I do lift them then they lift unevenly and don't sit level because of the cord fraying/stretching over time.
