Silent night medium pillows
Awful pillows. Really flat, handed them straight back upon pick up. Quality looked good, design - its a pillow. Can't rate comfort as we didnt keep them but if you like soft and flat these would be for you

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know they say it has always been a firmness guide of 4 - they say the 7 was incorrect and a misprint and has since been corrected

In all honesty, this is no different to any other pillow. I’m a side sleeper and had the same issue. It doesn’t feel any different to other pillows. And it went as flat as a pancake after a couple of weeks.
It would definitely muffle the sound
