Brilliant
Due to the fire hazards to light up a pizza oven outside we decided to have our pizza making party inside using the oven. This pizza metal plate worked brilliantly and much easier than using a pizza stone. Definitely recommend it.

I bought this Pizza base crispbe about 5 months ago, and I have found it to be very useful. In particular. I like the fact that the perforations allow the warm air from the oven to heat the base of the Pizza, and to cook it very nicely and evenly. I not only use it for a heating pizza, but I also use it to the heat and cook homemade Samosas or even other items, eg, pasties and pies. It's a very useful item with a good generous size, allowing for other items to placed around the Pizza. It has replaced the tins that I used to use before! A good job... and extremely easy to clean needing only a wipe from a cloth to maintain its smooth surface.

The supplier has advised for the 36cm Carbon Steel Pizza Crisper: You should not use a pizza cutter directly on the pizza crisper tray.
The circular metal blade will scratch and damage the non‑stick coating, which reduces performance and can shorten the life of the tray.
Always transfer the cooked pizza to a chopping board before slicing.
