Got medium to firm mattress it is on 100 night trial and so far so good perfect night sleep and no back ache as with our other one so no complaints would 100% recommend

Very comfortable but doesn’t last long!
We’ve had this item 2 years and whilst it is comfortable we are now needing to replace as it has gone lumpy/ has dips in the memory foam. Expect higher quality/warrantee for item at this cost

Don't expect it to last years!
We bought this mattress around 4 years ago and up until about a year and a half ago it was ok. Now my husband and I are constantly rolling into each other as the dips around your body go so deep that your fighting against gravity all night. The mattress constantly feels like it's on the lean towards the middle of the bed, we wake up every morning still tired and aching. This mattress is perfect if you only need it for a couple years but doesn't wear well at all.

Only lasted for 17 months!
I brought this back in may 2021, by October 2022 it was causing me significant back pains, I had to wait and save up to be able to get a new mattress and really shocked and disappointed with how bad this got and so quickly too, it was only ever rotated once a month and was appropriately looked after, was very upset when I spoke with support looking for a partial refund as I had to buy a new mattress so soon and whilst it was still within warranty. Would not feel comfortable nor confident in this product again and so went for a completely different brand and type.

Finally a good nights sleep
We bought this mattress 2 months ago, after having suffered from severe back ache and a lot of restless nights. We are really pleased with the quality and the delivery of this mattress. Myself and my husband sleep really well on this mattress and have not had back pain for the past couple of months we have slept on this. It is a lovely thick mattress, we choose medium/firm and i highly recommend this mattress if you are suffering from aches and pains and restless sleep. We are very happy with our purchase.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience with this product. Ordered this mattress two years ago and for nearly one year it was nice and comfortable. Just before the expiration date of the warranty long dips formed in different areas alongside the margins of the mattress. Contacted customer service and they were nice, understood the problem and we received a new mattress. However, just after one year of using the new mattress, the same thing happened but this time customer service couldn't help because the product just ran out of warranty. We understand how warranty works but we believe that in this case, we believe that the company should have handled the problem differently since it is exactly the same problem and it's clearly that we are not responsible for the damage. PS. It was also more expensive when we first bought it.

Deformity / longevity
Mattress is showing a lot of deformity in the middle and edges only after a few months use (mattress was rotated in line with the recommendations.) It’s still comfy but concern is around longevity.

Too small for a double bed base and at 13 months c
Bought from very in April 2020... it arrived, we unrolled fit and put it on our double bed base, it was too short but presumed it needed time to settle. Sadly not, it move around whilst you sleep and has a gap big enough for the babby to get wedged. The mattress seems to slope down at the sides some how do you can’t sleep near the edge, 13 months old and the sides seems to have collapsed not only does it look terrible when the bed it made but it also means you have less space to sleep comfortably. We have rotated a number of times but sadly it didn’t and still doesn’t help. Do not buy
