Nice, sturdy toy box
Great, sturdy toy box. Looks nice and was easy to build, has a solid bottom (and not some flimsy slide piece like others). Yet to see how it holds up long term.

No, this item does not fit within the scope of this as it's an MDF box only. Those regulations are intended to cover flammability for upholstered and/or filled/padded items, such as sofas, cushions, covers, and so on. This has no parts that fit into those criteria on it. If, for example, this toy box was of the type that had a padded seat of some kind (which it doesn't), only then would it have to be tested for and meet the standards of The Furniture and Furnishings Fire Safety Regulations 1988.
