Easy to use.
Always use this in my coffee machine. I've had the machine years now, so that is testament to this working well I guess. And the used solution will still fully descale my kettle each time, double win.

Excellent descaler for espresso machines
I bought this a week ago and have seen excellent descaling results with my espresso machine (I own a De'Longhi Dedica Arte). I would definitely recommend this product. The bottle has level markings which is excellent for pouring the right dose per descaling session.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the De'Longhi EcoDecalk 500ml Descaler.
We wouldn’t recommend using the De'Longhi EcoDecalk Descaler on a Smeg bean-to-cup coffee machine, as doing so may affect your warranty. To ensure proper care and maintain warranty coverage, it's best to use descaling products specifically approved by Smeg.

Our supplier has advised that you should use 100ml of descaler diluted in hot water and leaving it to soak in the kettle. You do not need to boil the kettle.
