Surprisingly comfy
I needed a mattress for my spare room but didn’t want to spend a fortune, I wasn’t expecting it to be that comfy but surprisingly, it is. This mattress is great value for money. Hurray!

Good mattress for the price to use on a spare bed, but I would be hesitant on his durability using it every day. I think it would only last a year or two before it deforms. It's quite soft, wish it was a bit thicker.

I am sorry, but this mattress would be unsuitable for an adjustable bed.
Mattresses that go on adjustable beds have special jointed spring units in or in many cases, no springs.

The materials we use in our mattresses are naturally fire retardant and as a result we do not use any fire retardant chemicals. All our mattresses pass British Fire Standards.

Hello, No we would not recommend this mattress for an 18month old. The Benchmark mattresses are designed for Adults. For a baby, we would advise that choose a cot mattress as these are specifically manufactured for small children and subjected to additional tests to ensure they are suitable, one such feature being that they are firmer than typical adult mattresses.
