It's an improvement
Had this about 3 weeks and yes there is definitely an improvement and I am definitely sleeping better. Sometimes I think should I have just bought another duvet and used that because when you look at it it's not very thick really and there doesn't seem to be that much difference than when I slept on top of the bed during the heatwave but I'm no expert so all I can say is that it better than it was before and perhaps I should have got the 8cm one instead of the 5cm one. It is technically 5cm, but when you lie on it it and the air escapes, it's really like 2cm to be honest. My advice to anyone is when you are buying a mattress in the first instance is to factor in the possibility of having to take these measures and buy one more expensive than the one you were looking at. I bought a silent night firm mattress and it's like concrete. I should have paid more. In conclusion this is better than nothing.

Mattress topper doesn’t do anything in relation to temperature regulation, it’s soft but not impressed with it.
