The Downland 4ft6 Bolster Medium Firm Pillow & Free Pillowcase is ideally designed for a double bed mattress at 135cm wide. King size mattresses are 150cm wide so there would be a shortfall of 6.5cm each side (4 ft 6in is 137cm).

There's a company called Pinkvision Creations that are able to make custom pillow cases of this size. I had a geeky star wars themed one made. If that helps anyone.
