Looked great but sadly had to return it
I couldn't get the lid off. I tried both ways up, my daughter and my husband tried, and we couldn't get the wooden lid off so I had to return it. Shame, as it looked good. Like other reviews say, it's very big!

Love the aesthetics of this tin, and it's fit for purpose too! Recommend. Thought it was a very reasonable price compared to an alternative I had my eye on before I spotted this!

Does exactly what it says on the tin
It's a cake tin! Very stylish too, well made and and well priced. A metal tin on a wooden base, which has a groove around the circumference to allow it to be sealed in a reasonably airtight kind of manner. I'd also compliment the staff of the branch I collected this from (Bromborough) as they could literally not have been more helpful or efficient, I'd say I was in and out of the shop in under a minute, thank you!
