Sturdy, solid build. Relatively easy to fit and comfortable to sit on. Only failure would be that when fitting the posts, they have a sticky backing to temporarily fix in place (before screwing them down) -- this didn't work well enough to actually do anything, when removing the seat after positioning the posts, they'd unstick from the porcelain. Not difficult to work around though.
Fairly easy to fit. Didn't immobilise as much as I expected with the sticky pads. The design of the fittings was inferior to other seats I've seen - the screw moves about in the fitting rather than tightening securely. Anyway, apart from that it's fine. Looks good and seems robust.
Excellent product easy to install according to instructions given. Measurements are as stated on details. Good quality matching price paid. Quite a difficult size to match so pleased at availability.
Had to replace the toilet seats in both bathrooms so decided on Croydex slow close seats in white. Bought one which my son fitted. This took minutes and I was pleased and surprised it was so easy to fit. Firm seats, no wobble and comfortable. Ordered a second one which was again very easy to fit. So overall very happy with both.
I purchased this item a few months ago and I couldn’t get it to sit right on my toilet although it was supposed to fit all D shaped toilet bowls
The soft close has started to fail after several months
Can’t say there’s a perfect seat out there, but this seems about the best there is. Tidy hinge with no crevises to trap mess. Fairly tricky to line up when fitting, but does stay in place.
I bought this as packaging states it will fit toilets up to 480mm long - I can’t get it adjusted beyond 450mm leaving the ceramic exposed at the front. As it can’t be returned once unsealed & you don’t know it doesn’t fit until you unseal it - it was an expensive waste of money

Yes. I fitted one to a concealed, D shape, toilet yesterday. The fasteners allow top or bottom fixing.

The Croydex Garda Moulded Wood Flexi-Fix Toilet Seat - White has a top and bottom hinge. This would not be suitable for a concealed toilet if you would not be able to access the bottom fixings
