Dreadful it has a big plastic box on that you can’t avoid unless you put it under pillow then it’s not long enough. And I can’t return it so totally wasted my money!!!!!!!!

Yes, the Silentnight Comfort Control Electric Underblanket can be used with a memory foam mattress, but it should be placed on top of the mattress and under your sheet for safety and to avoid interfering with the foam's ability to mold to your body.

Our supplier has advised that the Silentnight Comfort Control Electric Underblanket - Single wattage is -
Setting 1 : 12 Watts
Setting 2: 25 Watts
Setting 3: 40 Watts
The wattage on the size/models do vary, however this is only relevant on warm up, once the electric blanket has reached temperature, it is recommended to reduce the settings down to setting 1. This can then be run for longer periods of time like throughout the night.
