This is flat on both sides, it just has a non slip base at the bottom of the cover and easy fit straps.

Having checked both the Silentnight 5cm Memory Foam Topper and the Silentnight Impress Memory Foam 7cm Mattress Topper:
The only difference is the 2cm and the size of the beds that they can be acquired in.
The 5cm can be bought in Single, Double and King Size.
The 7cm can be bought in Double, King Size and Super King

The Silentnight 5cm Memory Foam Topper - Single cannot be used as a replacement attress but can be used as a topper and can be stored away easily when not in use.

THis would be fine they are quite think deep

I think this would be ok although I don’t have an adjustable bed so haven’t actually put this to the test.
