I bought this as a replacement for two smaller Keter boxes, both of which have done more than 5 year's service. They are surprisingly strong when assembled, look pretty good ion the garden, and of course I know from experience how durable they are. Great price from Argos, and very rapid availability for collection.

This is weather-resistant. Also, the lid's shape would help to ensure that as much water as possible would be kept out as it sort of sits on a lip, i.e. it effectively cups the top of the box, rather than just resting on its edges. This would make it pretty resistant to most water ingress under normal circumstances. The main thing to consider would be things like big temperature changes if the box was being used outside and also the risk of condensation/moisture perhaps.

However, that kind of beats the point of it being a storage box.
