Stressful experience, yet the staff were lovely.
I bought this product on the 18th august, it said it was available for collection from the 23rd to the 30th, i was getting concerned as I only had 2 days left and it still said it had not been delivered to the argos nor on its way. I already went in to see if they had updates on their system and they said no. I contacted argos live chat and they said the same thing, i persisted for more answers and they found a DPD tracking number attached which said it was delivered. This could have meant it was right there when i went in last. If I did not push for answers then it would've been the case as I missed the time window for collection and a refund was issued. All the staff that I spoke with both in person and online were lovely and kind with me, but it was stressful needing to push for answers, hence the average rating. If the staff wasn't as nice as they were then the rating would have been even lower. I was seriously debating going elsewhere for the item, even if it meant paying more.

I had my pervious memory foam pillow for so many years it stopped remembering. I've only had this one a week but the knot in my neck each morning has now gone. Very comfortable and the right size for me

Too high for me
I have the panda bamboo mattress topper which is divine to sleep on, having wear and tear on my lower back. My memory foam pillow had seen better days so decided to get this one with all the good reviews, however, as soft and comfortable as this pillow is, it is too high for me so is leading to neck ache in the mornings. A disappointing purchase for me personally.

Only a week in. The pillow is very well made and comfortable. I’m getting used to it because it’s very different from a ‘normal’ pillow but my neck and shoulders are already feeling better

great pillow
This is a great and comfortable pillow which I found has the perfect degree of firmness. Shipping was incredibly fast. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was that as someone with large shoulders I feel the pillow is slightly too low/short for side sleeping. Excellent for back sleeping in my case though. My wife on the other hand feels it has the perfect height for side sleeping.

Great for back sleeping
I’m recovering from an operation that means I need to sleep on my back and this pillow was recommended to me by ChatGPT as being the most suitable. It is nice and firm but soft at the same time. I’m usually a side sleeper so once I can sleep normally I don’t think I’d use this as it’s too flat. Great for back sleeping; not so much for side sleeping.
