pleasantly surprised
This pillow is a little firmer than I am use to, but it was made a noticeable difference in neck and spinal alignment. I’m certainly getting better quality sleep.

Good pillow
Its a great memory pillow, not too firm and good head support and for sleeping on side. I struggled with upper back pain after waking before, and this doesn't completely solve it but there could be other factors. Nevertheless it'sore comfortable than anything else I tried

Good but not for me
By far the best memory foam pillow I've ever tried and good for side sleeper especially but just to high for my neck, triggers cervical pain rather than relieving it. Would be perfect if it existed in an adjustable version.

Excellent pillow
My daughter "stole" my previous memory foam bamboo pillow. I gad been very pleased with this, so had to replace with same pillow.

Comfy pillow, great nights sleep
I'd been struggling with sleeping for a while and the pillows were not helping. Thought I'd try a different type of pillow so bought the Memory Foam Bamboo Pillow. Took a couple of days to get used to it but has been great since. Very comfy, have slept much better and don't wake up with a stiff neck. Would recommend.

I can advise that the measurements of 60cm x 40cm for the Panda London Orthopaedic Medium Firm Bamboo Pillow are not considered to be standard in the UK, which tends to be 50cm x 75cm.
