Hi I’m disappointed in the Lite compared to our previous purchase the Emma Premium. It is too soft and I keep falling off the side.

Poor quality matress.
It baffles me Emma matress asked me to review a matress I returned due to poor quality and poor sleep quality. We had an Emma mattress before and it was great. We got a bigger bed so thought we'd get a bigger Emma mattress. I regret getting an Emma mattress. Extremely poor quality, felt like the material would rip. Felt like there was no support underneath. It was extremely hard and unforgiving. Delivery took a very long time. We returned this mattress and got a much better matress. I could not recommend an Emma matress.

Good mattress, bought for a single bed and fits perfectly. Handles on the sides make it easier to move. Comfort seems good so far and it provides the necessary support for a nice sleep.

Lovely mattress, perfectly medium-firm. Good price with sale and blue light card. Good service. Great sleep eversince! Huge amount of plastic (hence 4 stars)- isn’t there another way of packaging? Take care when opening - I slightly caught the mattress cover with the scissors as I unpacked it.

Lovely and comfortable, my only quibble is that it’s not very strong around the circumference. So if you sit on the edge to tuck someone in, there’s not much support. I’m quite petite.

The Emma Mattress 200 night trial does still fully apply when purchased through Argos. However because these mattresses are supplied direct from the supplier, you have to arrange this by contacting the supplier rather than ourselves and it is still possible to obtain a refund using this method..
All relevant mattresses will have the details of its sleep guarantee within its packaging with what you should do if you are unhappy with the mattress comfort.
