Very comfy but sometimes not cooling
It’s took us a good 6 weeks to adapt to our emma mattresses and we are both finding it really comfortable and on the whole improving our sleep a lot. We are still a little cautious about the cooling the mattress is supposed to offer as at times we are both waking up extremely hot and sweaty and it seems to trap the heat in rather than cool. This is only on occasions but obviously a little concerning. So the jury is still out and we fully intend to see how it pans out over the 200 day guarantee and are hoping this is just a temporary set back as we love it overall

Cooling system didn’t work for my husband.
Bought this a few weeks ago in the hope it would help my husband’s sleep. He likes to sleep in his side but does get hot at night. Regrettably, this mattress did nt keep him cooler as we had hoped so it’s being returned.

Too bouncy for me
Whilst the memory foam part is comfy. I found the open springs too soft and bouncy for me and I’m only 7stone! With two in the bed we both rolled into the middle. It has been returned unfortunately which was disappointing.

Comfy but not kingsize
The mattress itself is very comfortable, however it's about 5-6cm too narrow for the (exact kingsized measurement) bedbase. So it looks a bit unsightly and I'm constantly banging my shins because of this. I followed the inflation instructions completely and let it settle for a few days but sadly, it just never inflated to the correct width (length is fine). Thinking of returning since I'm in the period to do so still, so would appreciate it if somebody could contact please.
