Fantastic product for the money
After two night of disturbed sleep due. Over heating and sweating we removed the Emma water proof mattress protector, we’ve had excellent nights sleep since, it’s very supportive without being overly firm, superb product and amazing value,

Comfy and Cosy
This mattress is much softer than I wanted or expected. At first I thought it maybe too soft for me but once you get into bed its actually so comfy and cozy that it suits me fine. The surface molds to the body which feels very comfortable. its quite squidgy and the fitted sheets don't stay put as well as my old mattress but I intend to buy deeper sheets which should solve that.

I'm NOT 100% pleased with this mattress, although it feels reasonably comfortable to sleep on, there is still movement for me when my husband turns, also the springs are creaky on movement, not sure this is right! Will be contacting Emma mattresses soon to see what they say!

Very comfortable
I am happy with the feel and look of the mattress but it doesnt quite fit my kingsize bed, whereas my previous kingsize mattresses always fitted well. There is a gap where my mattress moves and my pillows get stuck so only a 3 star for me

It’s a no from us
A very bouncy mattress with large springs on the bottom layer.

Unsettled
My sleep remains unsettled on this mattress and there is clearly lots of restless turning and movement overnight as my bedding is hanging over to one side in the morning. Not going as well as expected.

Not med firm
I had back operation and need a firm mattress - this said med firm but it’s so soft. You sit on the edge of the bed and fall into it. Sadly will be returning. Shame Cus I did so much research into it and thought it was the best one for me but it’s sooo soft.

We really don't like the thermosync mattress.
We previously had the Emma original foam mattress and was very happy with that until the foam degraded. Emma were great and refunded us under he warranty. We got this one thinking it was an upgrade. It is pocket springs and not foam. It is probably the softest mattress I have slept on and when. I sit on the bed it feels like I am sinking, especially near the edges. And the isolation is no good, I get bounced around when my wife gets into bed. We will probably send it back under the 200 day trial. I weight 80kg, and my wife 65kg. Our experience does not match reviews we read, maybe there is an issue with ours, I'm not sure .

Honestly I’m so happy I decided to purchase this mattress. I decided to get a new one because my old one wasn’t providing the support I needed for my lower back. The difference was almost instantaneous. Since I’ve had it…I haven’t had any back pain. My sleep has improved dramatically. I would 1000% recommend to anyone who’s looking to upgrade their mattress. It does cost more but it’s worth the investment.
