The product arrived a week earlier than anticipated. This marks my third night utilizing the mattress, allowing for its full expansion as per the estimated 72-hour timeframe. I am largely satisfied with the product. My rating of four stars is attributed to the noticeable depression along the mattress's edges and the palpable presence of the springs in those areas. (For context, my weight is 10 stone.) It is possible that a higher-grade model might address these specific concerns.

Very Comfortable
Super comfortable mattress. The only issue is the smell that the mattress gives off. It’s for our spare bed, so I was able to leave it to air off, with no sheets on, for well over a week. The smell is less strong than it was initially, but is still there. Otherwise, happy with purchase.

You get what you pay for - adequate mattress
I have now been sleeping on this mattress for about 2 weeks. My first impression was that it was softer than I had anticipated. It is described as medium/firm. I wanted a firm but not rock hard mattress. What I don't like is the layer of memory foam on the top of the springs - it makes it feel softer than it is. Now I've got used to sleeping with the squishy top layer I think I am going to keep the mattress but it isn't as good as I expected it to be. It doesn't feel like a high quality mattress but then it was relatively cheap so you get what you pay for I guess. If you are looking for a firm mattress this is not for you, it is an adequate and fairly comfortable medium mattress for the price point - I got it on sale.

Despite good reviews, my Emma mattress arrived faulty. It had been vacuum-packed for 14 months, which ruined its shape and quality; the material was loose and it never fully expanded. The return process through Emma was long and painful due to terrible logistics. I don’t recommend this mattress, but if you buy one, check the packing date on the box. If it’s been sealed for over 6 months, return it immediately without opening.

Brilliant mattress worth the hype
Great comfortable mattess, I had been looking to upgrade my mattress for a while, I did some research between the bigger brands and decided to go with Emma due to their good reviews, it provides good comfort, it's classy, very supportive, and looks good on my bed, feels a lot more supportive than the last one that I had. “ I can confirm that all our Emma mattresses can be used in a slatted bed. It is able to lay on any surface. It doesn't matter whether it is lying on the ground, on a box spring or on a slat frame, Emma is a mattress that fits every lifestyle. The most important thing is that the surface is clean and dry. The only thing we recommend is that the slats are not further than 7.5 cm apart. ”
