Mattress is very soft, don’t feel fully supported when sleeping

Too soft
Seems comfortable initially but really hurts my back by the morning. Emma has been helpful and provided a top layer of firm which has increased the support, but the mattress alone doesn't do the job. Also the gas from the new mattress was very strong and gave my an all over body allergic reaction

Great matress
Lovely and comfortable. Wish we had gone bought the one with cooling feature as it is a very warm mattress not good for warm sleepers. But very comfy and I sleep so much better

I’m really disappointed with this
I’m really disappointed with this mattress. The edge support is practically nonexistent—any time I lie or even sit near the sides, it sinks so much that I feel like I’m about to slide right off. It’s honestly unsafe and incredibly annoying. Because of this, I’m forced to sleep only in the middle, which defeats the purpose of having a full-size mattress in the first place. The usable sleeping area is way smaller than it should be, and sharing the bed is a nightmare. Overall, this mattress has been a huge letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
