The Habitat Charlie TV Unit gives you a solid place to keep your TV and media gear organised. It'll suit TVs up to 50 inches, so there's space for most family living room screens. Three sturdy shelves give you room for your set-top boxes, games consoles, and streaming devices, all kept tidy and within reach. Assembly is required. The shelf is only intended to be on the left side (as you face it).

It's a flat pack. If you're handy I suppose you could fit the shelf on the other side but you'd have to precisely drill etc. or even put in supports, then you'd have the holes showing from where it should be as it's all pre-drilled for easy assembly.
In my opinion don't mess with it. It fits together really well and easily and makes for a sturdy unit.
