These pillows were great for the first few nights. After a week of use, it felt that they were getting a bit flat. I have had to plump them up a few times to feel more comfortable. I would not buy them again.

Bad quality
I was hoping for lofty pillows that are used hotels, these are labeled as such and described as luxury but unfortunately they are terrible quality and go flat and hard very quickly. So unless you're willing to plump them up every few hours throughout the night I would not waste your money.

Yes they do go flat very quickly in my experience. Looked nice and full when I first removed packaging but went flat and squashed after three nights . Polyester filing inside twists badly into a single lumpy mass
and cannot be plumped up. Cover looks like a limp dish rag despite using a quality pillow protector and pillowcase . Cannot imagine what they will be like after washing?
Nothing remotely boutique or luxurious about these pillows. Would not recommend at all. Disappointing !
While it is expected that this type of pillow will flatten over time, even with the recommended regular plumping, these lost their shape in less than a month. Disappointing although not altogether surprising. Now that I have had them for a year, I have put two in the same pillowcase and is actually not a bad pillow :)
You have to plump them every day to maintain the 'fullness', but they will one day just stay flat and useless. I've tried just about every type of pillow there is, and to be honest they are all as bad as each other, maybe this is a marketing ploy to get you to buy more??
These went flat within 2 weeks - I really can't understand the rave reviews.....unless I bought a dodgy pair!
We got these pillows at the beginning of the year after reading great reviews. Amazing to start with but within a month we began looking at replacing them as they went flat rather quickly. Needless to say we were very disappointed.
16 July 2018. I have just bought these. My first night of use was last night. The manufacturer's label is "Softness 4 out of 10." Naturally, I cannot comment on the sustained degree of firmness over time (my comment will come later!) but these pillows are SOFT and degree of support is, by nature, limited. I do hope you have found, by now, pillows to your personal requirement. Regards. Dr. Ricardo.
