Great features and great size
I bought this item a month ago and I am so happy with it. It's a great size, the colours are beautiful when lit and you can also add your own decorations to give it an extra personal touch. I took it out to test it and see how it looked and never wanted to take it back down. I have it already to put back up soon and would certainly recommend this tree. For the price it is excellent value for money.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
I bought this item a couple of days before Christmas and when I took it out of the box I was blown away with how beautiful it was and when I put it all together it was just so beautiful and colourful, absolutely a GREAT purchase.

Nice and neat Christmas tree
Am glad I bought the tree, though I thought it would've been taller. Atleast I do not need to worry about cleaning up dead chtismas tree branches.

Fibre optic tree
I bought this as the one I initially reserved and paid for never came back into stock.(along with some lights). . This was ok. I wonder if I got a duff one as it was in two parts. When I put it together and plugged it in the top half was lovely, beautiful colours and came into it's own at night time. The bottom half was not. A few sporadic random flashings here and there, but generally very anaemic. Optics seemed much fewer and further spaced apart. This did actually work for me as I ordered it to go in my window so only the top half was visible (which is why I didn't return it - plus it was too near Christmas and I needed something right). Had this been ordered to go in my lounge to shine in it's full glory from top to bottom it would have been pretty disappointing. So 5 stars for the top half, and 1 star for the bottom half = 3. Would I recommend to a friend? Yes if they wanted to use for a window (like me), no if you want the full glow look (I put yes as only a yes/no option).

Hello Suzanne,
Our supplier has advised that there is a connector. When the two parts of the tree are put together simply connect the wires together by plugging them into each other (one is a male part, the other is female) and ensure they are securely tightened.
I hope this helps
Thanks for using Q&A
It easy just follow the instructions. I haven’t put mine up this year yet. Just connect the leads together
Electricity unit costs are based on a 1Kwh, in other words the cost of using 1000w continuously for an hour. If this tree uses approx 3w as someone else mentioned, that means you could have this on 24hrs a day for almost 2 weeks before its used a 1000w. Basically, if you divide 1000w by the wattage eg in this case 3w, approx 333, then divide your unit cost by this number, that is your running cost per hour, excluding daily standing charges.
Hello Craig,
The supplier has advised the following for the 5ft Fibre Optic Christmas Tree - White:
“ This uses 2.7w an hour. Cost will depend on your supplier and the cost per unit and standing charge. ”
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hi there
