Removing the inner bucket is very difficult
I returned this bin for a refund, because removing the inner bucket (to remove & replace bag) is very difficult. There are no gaps for you to grip the inner bucket & lift it or the bag out - doing it with an empty bag was hard enough, so I can't imagine how impossible it would be with a full bag. It was also fiddly to lower the inner bucket without the bag sticking out. Which is a shame, because the manufacturing quality seemed fairly good.

I brought this bin about a month ago size is great because I do not have much room works well with the soft close . Shame that it has marked very Easily . Easy to keep clean inside and out.

Great for small spaces but not a small bin
Great bin for the price. Metal. Fits perfectly in the small space decide the fridge. No bulky joint on the back for the lid, it’s all flat on all edges. Inside bin easy to insert and remove. Plastic trim around the edge is that only formal as you can really tell it is plastic

Good height for elderly
Bought this for an elderly person who could no longer bend down to his usual floor standing, small bin. The height is ideal and it is slim, light and sleek in black. It looks smarter than a plastic bin. The handle at the back is useful for moving the bin around the kitchen floor as this elderly person likes to do sometimes.
