Cheap and nasty
This is not up to De’Longhi standards!! Feels very cheap and plastic, makes a lot of noise and the handle feels like it’s going to break. Looks great in the kitchen and was going to buy the matching toaster but definitely not now!

Very loud
I bought this to replace another De'Longhi kettle that we had had for years. It is exactly the same as our old one, just a different colour. This one, however, is very noisy and loud when boiling the water. I don't know if I've got a faulty kettle or it's just how it's meant to sound.
