This toaster looks very stylish but sadly performance is nothing special—and it doesn’t pop the toast far enough up when ready. Having to poke at it with a knife—not safe!

Great toaster
I have used the toaster for a couple of weeks and found it to be great the toasting settings are good and accurate browns toast just as I like it,toasts both sides of the bread the same.The toaster also looks great a modern trendy look in our kitchen. Would recommend this toaster to anyone.

Poor quality

Reasonably priced. Cheaper than our last toaster from the same brand but does the same job and has the same cooking options. The finish is more matte than I realised but goes lovely with our sage green kitchen. There is no rim to collect the crumbs but that is probably a good thing as I don't need to clean it.

A safer way than a knife or chopsticks is a pair of small wooden tongs that we attached magnetically to the side of the toaster. Its worked well for 22 years - both the tongs and the toaster!
The answer already given about pushing the lever up once toasted does not work this feature is available on other makes, but is not on this one. The previous answer is sadly misleading as I found out after purchasing. The only way to get smaller goods such as crumpets or bagels out, is by spearing with a knife or fork, or my personal favourite, a chopstick!
