Poor quality
The zip up cover is very loose. I unzipped it to look at the mattress and the workmanship looked shoddy. I also found it very soft to sleep on. I wish I’d taken photos before I sent it back but I didn’t expect them to chase me for a review. I ended up buying a Tempur mattress for less money and the quality is far superior. I’ve never slept better.

A magical sleeping experience
Well I’ve had my Emma mattress a little while now and I can honestly say it’s the best I’ve ever owned. Supremely comfortable and, even when I’ve had a physical day resulting in some aches and pains, by morning, all is well once again. This is the first of this type of mattress I have owned but I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to take the plunge and treat themselves to a little luxury, you’ll be glad you did.

Not for side sleepers
Comfortable for back sleepers but I'm mostly a side sleeper and often wake up with shoulder pain and/or pins and needles in my arms and hands.

I bought this kingsize mattress to replace a double size mattress and it has been the best purchase I have ever made. Apart from the obvious size difference the mattress is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Way too soft
Both me and my wife found it way too soft. The sides are even softer so it slides off. It was also a fair bit smaller than my super king size bed frame so there was an ugly uncomfortable gap on one side of the bed

Mouldy matress
Sent this mouldy mattress! They didn’t collect it for over a week and left it smelling in our home. Not very apologetic and took ages to get refunded!

sleeping much better
Love this new mattress, Im sleeping better already, don't want to get out bed in the morning. My husband isn't sure as its a lot hotter than expected, especially as it's meant to be cooling, we rotate it every week like advised to keep it at its best. So happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone thinking for buying it

Great product. Mattress + Topper. Best night's sleep in a while. Topper seems slightly bigger than the mattress and slides about a bit - sorted with a tighter sheet.
