Not firm at all
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is great but the pillows are not firm as advertised. I really needed a firm pillow for my neck pain but unfortunately not this kind. The pillows are very comfortable but they are rather medium to soft (for my liking anyways). They do flatten easily and need to be fluffed up regularly. I’ll use them in the spare room for guest as they are absolutely not suitable for my needs. If you looking for a firm pillow , please do not buy them, look somewhere else. I won’t recommend this item as it’s not firm as it’s sold.

A great pair of pillows with firm support
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows have replaced our old memory foam pillows and I was dubious because the old ones were solid! But they are great, soft and comfortable but they really offer you firm support through the night. They return to shape immediately and we have both enjoyed some comfortable nights.

Good quality pillow
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From day one of using the Firm Silent Night pillows, I have been really impressed. They not only offer a comfy but also a supportive pillow that allows for a great night sleep and you can really tell this is a quality pillow. I have been using the pillows for a few weeks now and I have been very pleased with how well they have kept the shape, which is a problem that I have encountered many times in the past when pillows often go flat following a few weeks of use – definitely not the case with these Silent Night pillows. After both myself and my wife have been suffering for many years with disturbed sleep or waking up in the morning with a sore neck due to poor quality pillows, these pillows have really helped to solve the problem, which has been a great relief. We now both have a number of good solid night sleeps and will now not revert back to any other pillow. The pillows are really easy to fit into any pillowcases and I will definitely be buying these pillows in the future and would recommend them to anyone else wishing for a good night sleep!

Soft to touch
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soft pillows, which have kept there shape. Does exactly what it says on the packaging , for me they were a little too firm. I would’nt be getting the firm ones again. If you prefer a sturdier pillow then they would be great for you !
