[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little mat for in the summer months when it gets too hot to sleep comfortably at night. Also perfect for those women of a certain age finding night times particularly uncomfortable. Its just a shame its not bigger to fill the whole bed for those of us who toss and turn through the night.

Great item for us menopausal ladies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this mat for a week now and it does work extremely well as a cooling mat. I have used it underneath the sheet but also used it on top of my body. It does cool me down and feels really good it has some weight to it but is not uncomfortable. I did notice after a few hours it wasn't as cooling as at start of use so i will try cooling in fridge before use when the weather is hotter. It is a good size but could be a little longer . I suffer from night flushes and this does help im really pleased with the result and would recommend. It also comes with a storage bag so can be used away from home or stored away when not in use . I am planning on purchasing another for my husband.

Very cool cooling pad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very much looking forward to trying this cooling gel pad as I have trouble sleeping when it's hot and humid. At 1st use it is colder than expected as I laid straight on it, but after putting it under my fitted sheet it was a lot better. It is approximately 3 foot x 2 foot so it has a large cooling area which is ideal to keep body, legs or both cool, whether sleeping on your back, side or front. I have also used this on my sun lounger to keep cool while sunbathing and it made the heat more comfortable. It is foldable too so it can be put back in the zip up bag it comes in so you can take it on holiday with you if you wanted to. It is easily wiped clean with a sponge due to the PVC cover. I'm looking forward to using it on my bed in the heat of the summer instead of using the annoying sounding fan.

Nice & cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this to try...put on bed under the top sheet & to be honest was not expecting it to be as cold as it was. Bit of a shock to the system to start with but did get used to it. Even sitting on the bed you can feel the coolness. Not sure helped with night sweats but definitely kept you cool. Will be looking forward to trying when gets really hot at night

An absolute must!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great size cooling matt that does help with cooling your body. I have used it a couple of times on my legs and back as well as sleep on it. It is amazing and works very well.It is not too heavy to lift and does stay in position where ever you put it. Folds up nice and small when not in use.

Works very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it is well design, small pockets to avoid leak/brakage of whole system compact enough to fit in a small bag just need to slide under the bedsheet - it doesn't feel any different once uder the bedsheet. Feels bit cooler then usual mattress warmness.

Excellent cooling matt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this cooling matt on the bed for 3 nights under the fitted sheet and on top of the sheet (as shown in the photos) and have had to remove it after 10 to 15 minutes as my body was so cold I couldn't sleep and ithen took about another 15 minutes to warm up and finally get to sleep...so as a cooling product it's perfect and does what it is meant to do and would probably appreciate it more when the summer gets warmer and too hot during the night I can recommend this product for keeping you cool without getting frostbite

Excellent gel body pad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cooling gel body pad. I use this everywhere, if im really hot I just lay it over me wether im on the sofa, in bed or working at my desk. it cools me right down and feels so lovely. With the weather being so warm lately, it has helped me so much during the day and night. On the first night I tried laying on top of it but I woke up 3 hours later feeling really hot and the pad felt so hot from my body heat that I had to move it. It also scrunched up abit so didnt stay in one place. I now place it on top of me like a cold blanket or if im not hot at that time I lay it beside me so its easy to pull it over or lay my arm or leg over it when I do get hot. Before bed I put it in the fridge so it's colder for longer during the night. It does have a small bit of weight to it but I just feel so relieved from the cooling feeling. Before I got this I was waking up during the night or morning sweating but since the 2nd night using this, its cooled me down so much that I dont wake up sweating. This is a great product and has helped me so much. I would recommend putting in the fridge before bed.

Keeps you cool
