Sturdy planters
Always liked the design of the planters but thought they were a little expensive for what they were made of , however I needed a couple of sturdy planters and these did the job and look good .

Planters look nice but need holes
These planters look alright but not as effective as they should be as there are no drainage holes. Lots of compost to fill them for planting so use something to half fill them first, especially the larger one.

The larger container takes 2 bags 28L of John Innes No.3 to fill 10cm below the top. So thats 56L just for the large container!

Small Lazio planter: 32cm square, 30cm height.
Large Lazio planter: 38cm square, 39cm height.

Hi,
I think I used a 60L or maybe more peat free compost for both. I have two sets.
Handy tip and cost saving. These containets do not have feet. I screwed black door stoppers as feet on each courner to lift it off the ground. You can buy a pack of 10 from screw fix for a couple
of quid. Hope this helps.

The ones I bought were a medium and a large which is good because once plants start growing you can repot into the larger planter.

You can paint them if you wish but please be aware this will void the 12 month manufacturers guarantee as you will have changed the product
