As per our returns policy, we’re unable to accept returns for mattresses that are out of their original packaging, as they are considered ‘used’—unless there is a confirmed fault, or the incorrect item has been sent out.

No, it isn't double sided, the underside is the non sleep side.

The depth of the mattress is 20cm. It is a pocket spring so it should not dip if turned on a regular basis. I would also check the reviews this may help.
